Office visit fee — $50
There is a $50 office visit fee for your phentermine weight-management appointment.
The $50 fee covers your medical evaluation and is separate from the cost of the prescription medication at your pharmacy.
A prescription is not guaranteed by payment of the office visit fee. Phentermine will only be prescribed when determined to be medically appropriate following your evaluation.
