Appointment policy

By scheduling, you agree to the late arrival, cancellation, and no-show policy.

Late arrivals: more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled.

Notify the office in a timely manner to cancel. Clients who do not follow the policy pay a $50 non-refundable deposit on the next booking.

Filler, microneedling, peels, whitening, and PRP require a $100 deposit at booking. Follow the policy and that deposit is refunded.

Return policy

No refunds on services rendered. Unopened unused retail may be returned in office within 14 days with a receipt.

Payment / financing

No insurance. Payment due at service. Cherry plans are subject to a 3.9% service fee.
